Fall in a nutshell

I don't know how time goes by so quickly. I just realized how many fun things we did this fall that I did not document! We went to a pumpkin patch, trick-or-treated on Halloween, got a visit from Grandma, I took a trip to Nashville with my mom and sis (that I still do not have pictures of - Heidi!), and I ran a half-marathon. Oh ya, and amongst all of this Jordan took his part 2 boards - which he passed! Hooray!

Growing up is hard to do...

It's been just over 3 years since we moved here. Jadyn was only 4 weeks old. It was exciting and scary all at the same time. It is always a worry when you move somewhere to think of who your friends might be. We have made so many wonderful friends out here that I'm sure will last a lifetime - we are like family. Some of our dear friends are about to grow up and move on to the real world. It is freaking me out that we are about 6 months away from that ourselves, but until then we will keep enjoying our student life because really, it rocks :). Jadyn and Whitney have literally been friends there whole life. They have been through some ups and downs do doubt, but through it all they still run and embrace each other every time they see each other. We sure are going to miss the Paxton's :(. There conversations make me smile and cry.... whit - "we are moving to Utah, and we won't see you guys for a while" Jadyn - "ya, but that's okay, when my dads done with school we will move to Utah too!" Really?! She obviously knows something I don't. Wherever we move I know we will always remember the good old days in Ohio when we lived 3 doors down from Jadyns BFF - and for that matter, one of mine!

Visitors

I am so good at posting... Back is September Jordan's parents (aka - Nana and Poppy) came for a visit. We love when we have visitors and we have been pretty spoiled by having so many these past few years. We had so much fun going camping, going to OSU football games, eating yummy food, and celebrating Lori's Birthday.

Hocking Hills was beautiful. We spent most of our days hiking and sight seeing.

We made camp fires every night - Jadyn loved it :)

Jadyn is so cooperative when it comes to picture taking...

For Loris Birthday we had crepes with nutella and bananas - yummm :)

And of course, a trip to Columbus would not be complete without a Buckeye football game!
